The Snapshot 2023

In 2024 we published the second Snapshot benchmark report, assessing the decapod welfare policies and practices of 30 UK companies including all major supermarkets.

For the first time, the 2023 report included company scores and rankings - publicly revealing how retailers, processors and producers are performing on decapod welfare. From capture methods to slaughter, the Snapshot sheds light on both companies' current standards and their targets for improvement.
